    3. Fees and Payment Terms

  • All service fees are due at the time of order.
  • State/government fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to authorities and are beyond our control.
  • Recurring services (bookkeeping, compliance monitoring, registered agent) are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as agreed.
  • Clients who initiate a chargeback without contacting support first will be responsible for a $35 chargeback fee and may have their services suspended.

  • Refunds for Bizturo’s service fees may be requested within 30 days of purchase, only if the service has not been started, processed, or submitted to any state agency or third party.
  • Once work has begun or a filing is submitted, no refund will be issued.
  • Government/state filing fees are always non-refundable.

    By engaging our bookkeeping services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary financial data (e.g., bank statements, receipts, platforms).
  • Understand that Bizturo does not file taxes or provide tax advice unless explicitly contracted through a licensed tax professional.
  • Review and approve all reports and statements delivered.
    • You remain responsible for the accuracy of financial data and for meeting tax deadlines unless separately contracted for tax compliance services.

    6. Compliance Services

    Bizturo may assist you in meeting your business compliance obligations, including:

  • Annual reports
  • BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) filings
  • Business license research and reminders
    • It is your responsibility to ensure filings are accurate and submitted on time unless you are enrolled in a fully managed compliance plan.

    7. Document Delivery and Client Portal

    All documents, invoices, reports, and alerts will be shared via your secure client portal. You are responsible for monitoring the portal and your email inbox for time-sensitive updates.

    8. Confidentiality and Data Security

    2. Fees and Billing

  • Fees are payable at the time of order.
  • State/government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Bookkeeping and compliance plans are billed on a recurring monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the package selected.
  • Clients are responsible for any applicable chargeback fees ($35) if a payment dispute is initiated without contacting support first.

  • Refunds may be requested within 30 days if no work has been started or submitted.
  • Once filings are submitted to the state or bookkeeping is underway, no refund will be issued.
  • No refunds are available for any government/state fees.

    • 4. Bookkeeping Services

    By subscribing to bookkeeping services, you agree to:

  • Grant timely access to your bank feeds, payroll records, and financial documents.
  • Respond to clarification or document requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Understand that Bizturo’s bookkeeping services do not include tax filing or legal compliance unless separately contracted.
    • Deliverables may include categorized transaction records, monthly summaries, and financial statements based on the agreed scope.

    5. Compliance Services

    Bizturo’s compliance offerings include:

  • BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting assistance
  • Annual report filing (state-specific)
  • Compliance alerts and reminders
  • Business license research
    • You remain responsible for ensuring deadlines are met unless you are enrolled in a managed compliance plan.

    6. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your contact and business information updated
  • Review all drafts and documents before submission
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance with state and federal regulations

    • 7. Confidentiality

    Bizturo treats all client information as confidential and will only disclose such information when required by law or to fulfill your requested services.

    8. Term and Termination

    This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party in writing. For recurring services, you must provide 15 days’ notice before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal. Upon termination, Bizturo will return or delete your records upon written request, subject to applicable legal retention periods.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Bizturo shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.

    11. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum, constitutes the full understanding between the parties.
